Oh - and get that clerk in the front store a jacket off the rack to wear and promote because it's freezing in there with the doors opening and closing. The Fireside Theatre Prepares for a Big Season in 2018 It's a lot of money to spend for bad service. The most depressing part was that we were getting together from different parts of the state to celebrate birthdays and were in such a rush that we had to say forget anything special - just bring the food. I have been in groups way larger than the 9 we had today with WAY better service, warm bread, and hot food so I don't know what happened today. It took another 25-30 min for our food and then we complained and ended up basically inhaling just ok desserts to make it to the show. It was over 15 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged our table - we finally got drinks 10 to 15 min later, then waited again for salads, another 10 or so for dry, cold bread and then we sat. I have been here over 6 times and I have never experienced service like today. The show was great and maybe we had a different Sandy because she gave me goosebumps on a few songs - so good! What wasn't good was the luncheon service.
